There are two ways to buy today: one is through a Business Solutions Manager who can show you a live demo, help you customize a bundle that works best for your business, and process the order for you. Or you can purchase most products online yourself, where you can also review product information, customer testimonials, and how-to videos. Existing subscribers can also add products through the customer portal.

Yes, ALLDATA’s repair information and shop management systems (SMS) are exclusively online solutions. We no longer offer discs or locally installed information. If you see a disc version for sell, you’re not getting the real ALLDATA. In addition to our online offerings, there is an ALLDATA Tech-Assist^® hotline service for diagnostic support and troubleshooting. We also have diagnostic hardware that connects to our online application, ALLDATA Diagnostics^®.

No, none of the OEM information has been rewritten. ALLDATA has agreements with the majority of OEMs to publish mechanical and collision repair procedures as they are made available directly from the OEMs. In addition to OEM information, ALLDATA offers non-OE interactive diagrams, top-ranked diagnostic solutions from ALLDATA Find-A-Fix (driven by data), and probable causes/verified fixes from our ALLDATA Community forum.

Yes, you can add most products through the Customer Portal or by calling in and speaking with a representative. The only products you can’t add on your own are ALLDATA Diagnostics, Estimator, and Manage Online.
